The name Layton is quite well known in the profession, Geoffrey Layton having established financial services, locums, practice sales etc in the UK as far back as the 1950's (even features in the book "A history of dentistry in New South Wales" by George Franki).

Geoffrey then returned to Australia to establish the concept of Medical Defence insurance into Australia. He established Locums Ltd with a range of financial services to medicos and dentists.
In latter years he established Layton Practice Sales Pty Ltd and concentrated his experience and keen judgement on the sales of dental practices.
In 1999 Geoffrey ceased being active in the business and Brian O'Donohoe became licensee in charge.

Brian has recently retired from the business however still keeps an active role through consultation. Brian is still a licensed Real Estate Agent, Business Agent and is a member of the AIBB .(Australian Institute of Business Brokers).

Luke O'Donohoe who joined the firm in 2003 is now Director & Licensee of Layton Practice Sales. Luke had a solid history of senior management in the Hospitality and Tourism Industry through New South Wales and Queensland before joining Layton Practice Sales.
Luke is a Licensed Real Estate Agent, Business Agent and is a member of the AIBB . ( Australian Institute Business Brokers ) .
